Know exactly where you stand
Your life, in focus.
zoeki tracks what you eat, how you move and how your body is doing: macros, micronutrients, workouts, lifts, weight, blood pressure, heart rate and sleep. Every number sits beside the official reference for your age and life stage. Log in the app, or just tell your AI assistant.
References from the NASEM Dietary Reference Intakes, the Dietary Guidelines 2025–2030, the AHA/ACC and the CDC.

Nutrients
Every vitamin and mineral, measured against its reference.
Each nutrient gets one bar, linear from zero. The black tick is your RDA or AI. The red tick is the upper limit, where one exists. The words beside the bar tell you the rest.
- Below your RDA stays neutral grey. It means not there yet, not a diagnosis.
- Red is reserved for intake over an upper limit, and nothing else.
- Limits that only apply to supplements, like magnesium’s UL, are labelled that way.
Micronutrients
Vitals
Blood pressure, heart rate and sleep, in context.
Readings are placed against published categories and typical ranges for your age. zoeki describes where a reading falls. It never tells you what it means for you.
2025 AHA/ACC categories · Adults 18+
Typical range for adults 60–100 bpm · MedlinePlus
CDC: 7 or more hours for adults 18–60
Activity and workouts
Every workout counts toward your week.
Log a run, a ride or a lifting session, or bring it in from your watch. zoeki shows the time you spent in each heart-rate zone and adds it to your week against the Physical Activity Guidelines.
- Heart-rate zones from the AHA, worked out from an estimated maximum for your age.
- Weekly minutes against the 150 recommended for adults. Vigorous minutes count twice.
- Active energy shows up beside what you ate, without changing your references.
Run · 42 min

- Moderate93–130 bpm · 50–70%15 m
- Vigorous130–158 bpm · 70–85%18 m
- Above targetOver 158 bpm · Over 85%3 m
Zones from the American Heart Association: moderate 50–70% and vigorous 70–85% of maximum heart rate.
Strength
Every set, next to your best.
Log a lift as weight and reps, in the app or by telling your assistant. zoeki keeps every set, estimates a one-rep max from each one, and shows today beside the sessions that came before it.
- Sets, reps and weight for every exercise, with the top set picked out.
- An estimated one-rep max from each set, with the formula named, so sessions compare without testing a true max.
- Progress charts start at zero. A 10 lb gain looks like 10 lb, not a cliff.
Back squat
| Set | Weight | Reps | Est. 1RM |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 225 lb | 5 | 263 lb |
| 2 | 245 lb | 5 | 286 lb |
| 3Top set | 265 lb | 5 | 309 lb |
One-rep max estimated with the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). Estimates from sets of more than 10 reps are less reliable, and zoeki says so beside them.
Works with AI assistants over MCP
Skip the forms. Just say what you had.
zoeki connects to the AI assistants and agents you already use through the Model Context Protocol. Tell yours what you ate, how you trained or what the cuff said, and it logs it to zoeki for you. Ask how your day is going, and the answer comes with the same references as the app.
Life stages
References that move with you.
Tell zoeki your age, sex and life stage once. Every target follows across 22 reference groups, from infants to 71 and over, including pregnancy and breastfeeding. Whose references are on screen is always written down.
Iron, by life stage
| Reference group | RDA |
|---|---|
| Females 19–50 | 18 mg |
| Pregnancy 19–50 | 27 mg |
| Breastfeeding 19–50 | 9 mg |
| Females 51+ | 8 mg |
When two references exist, zoeki names the one it uses. Protein shows the RDA of 0.8 g/kg beside the Dietary Guidelines goal of 1.2–1.6 g/kg.

Where the numbers come from.
No invented targets. Every reference in zoeki traces back to a published source, and every nutrient’s detail page links to it.
zoeki describes where a value falls against a published reference. It does not diagnose. Not medical advice.
